Loft Suite

This Suite is perhaps the most interesting with it's high cathedral ceilings, an open floor plan with living room and main bedroom downstairs and loft upstairs.  It is the only Suite that can accommodate 3 to 4 people. The downstairs has the main bedroom as well as Livingroom.  It is equipped with 1 Kingbed with memory foam mattress & feather pillows.  The Livingroom has 2 Sofas & 2 Armchairs, Desk with chair and large screen high definiton TV, music system bluetooth enabled, Nespresso maker & Tea service.  The 2 single beds are upstairs on the loft.  There is one large bathroom with glass enclosed shower.  45 sq. meters/484 sq. ft. Sleeps 4 Total: 55 Euro/extra child 10 years or older or Extra person.

Minimum Stay 2 Nights all year.  Minimum stay in October is 3 Nights and in November there is a minimum stay of 3 nights on weekends.

Children age 10 & older welcomed. Infants are not an exception, thank you. Sorry, Pets are not accepted.

We require a 30% non-refundable deposit for all reservations.  Cancellation periods are stated below and 100% of the value of the total reservation will be due if the reservation is cancelled within the period: 

High Season of  April, May, June, July & August cancellation is 60 days in advance and 75 days for stays of 4 days or more or 2 rooms or more in the same party, reserved together or not. A reduction in the number of rooms or days is treated as a cancellation and the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited for those days or rooms. 

Peak Season of September 1 - November 30 cancellation is 90 days in advance and 120 days for stays of  4 days or more or 2 rooms or more in the same party, reserved together or not. A reduction in the number of rooms previously reserved is treated as a cancellation.  

Your credit card will be pre-authorized with the balance of your reservation at the stated number of days of the cancellation period   prior to your arrival date  with an amount equal to the balance of your total reservation. The Late Cancellation and No Show charge is 100% of the total reservation being cancelled OR REDUCED either in number of days rooms. Early departure is treated as a cancellation, therefore, early departure, or reduction in nights or rooms, for any reason, will be charged 100% of the reservation.  Cancellation must be in writing, via fax or email only.

This is our Only Room that sleeps up to 4 people, No additional beds or people possible over qty 4.
